Struggling to kick-start your web design offerings?

We’re looking for a web designer to join us working on high-impact website systems for fast-growing tech companies

Remote | Full-time | Early team

About ZIRI

Our work focuses on creating websites that are structured, reusable, and actually usable internally.

That means design is only one part of it. Structure, clarity, messaging, and how things are used day-to-day matter just as much.

Right now, most companies treat their website as a project. It gets redesigned, launched, and slowly becomes outdated again. Teams rely on external help, changes take too long, and the website turns into a bottleneck instead of an asset.

We want to change that.

The goal is to build systems that companies can actually use, where marketing teams can move fast, test ideas, create pages, and improve things continuously without being blocked.

Over time, this goes beyond design systems. It touches how companies think about their website as part of their go-to-market, how they structure their messaging, and how they operate day-to-day.

As we grow, we want the impact of our work to increase significantly. Not just in how things look, but in how companies perform, how clearly they communicate, and how effectively they grow.

The role

You’ll design websites, landing pages, and component-based systems.

That includes:

  • creating strong, modern web designs
  • building design systems and reusable components
  • structuring pages so they can be extended and reused
  • translating ideas into layouts that are clear and easy to work with
  • working across multiple projects and keeping things moving

You’ll work closely with the founder and be involved early in decisions, not just execution.

What matters in this role

We care about design quality. At the same time, the work needs to hold up in real use.

That usually means:

  • layouts that make sense beyond a single page
  • systems that don’t fall apart after handover
  • designs that are practical to build and maintain

You don’t need to have all the answers. But you should enjoy thinking in that direction and getting better at it.

What we’re looking for

  • strong visual skills in modern web design
  • very comfortable in Figma
  • experience with design systems or a clear interest in getting good at them
  • the ability to work at a good pace without overcomplicating things
  • a structured way of thinking about design
  • clear communication and reliability
  • willingness to take responsibility and move things forward

Bonus points if any of these are true

  • experience with SaaS / B2B websites
  • understanding of landing pages and conversion structure
  • motion / interaction design
  • experience working with developers or Webflow
  • interest in growing into a more senior or leading role

Growth

This role can evolve quite a bit over time.

Depending on your strengths and interests, that could mean:

  • taking ownership of larger projects
  • shaping design systems and processes
  • moving into a lead role
  • or leaning more into structure, operations, and how projects run

We’ll figure that out together based on what you’re good at and what you enjoy.

How we work

We keep things fairly straightforward:

  • people are trusted to manage their work
  • communication is direct and clear
  • quality matters, but so does momentum
  • if something can be improved, we change it

We’re building a small team of people who are good at what they do and easy to work with.

What tends to work well here

  • people who are hands-on and like solving problems
  • people who double-check their work and think things through
  • people who communicate early instead of letting things drag
  • people who care about getting better

Compensation

Compensation is typically in the range of:

€4,000 - €5,500 per month, depending on experience and scope of responsibility.

There’s room to grow this based on impact over time.

Growth & compensation over time

We take this seriously.

The goal is to build something where people who contribute meaningfully and take on responsibility also benefit from that. Not just in terms of role, but over time also financially.

We’re still early, so not everything is fully formalized yet. But this is something we think about deliberately and build towards from the start.

Final note

This is an early role in a small team.

If you like having ownership, being close to the work, and improving quickly, it can be a very good fit.
